Ted Murphy
Consultant
Ted Murphy helps organisations to develop effective people strategies to achieve their business objectives. He has particular expertise in designing practical, effective reward systems that help underpin the organisation’s values and business priorities and maximise the return on reward spend. His experience covers all levels within the organisation including board and executive pay.
Ted held senior HR roles with Abbey National for over 20 years. For much of this time he was responsible for developing HR and reward strategies for businesses employing over 20,000 people. He also directed the operational HR support for business areas delivering major projects including restructurings, outsourcings, and acquisitions. His earlier career was in the National Health Service.
