Rick’s unique expertise is in supporting large scale organisational change. He specialises in helping organisations learn to work together in new ways, and to do so quickly. His approaches involve whole system, action learning techniques that leverage existing resources of staff and managers while minimising the time away from job.

He has over 25 years of consulting experience in North America and Europe with a particular focus on customer service and process improvement. His clients include HBOS, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, GMAC Commercial Lending, GlaxoSmithkline, Johnson & Johnson, McDonalds, NASDAQ and various major banks in the US, Canada, and Australia.

Rick is based in Boston and works in many parts of the world.
