Mike Lewis

Mike helps organisations prepare for and deal with major problems that threaten their reputation. He prepares and runs crisis simulations, provides learning derived from the experience of organisations facing major difficulties, and helps organisations when they face a real crisis of their own.

Mike has been involved in managing a number of major problems while serving as a member of the Management Board of a significant European Banking Group, including a major fraud (in excess of $500M), and alleged systematic overcharging of customers over many years. There is no substitute for the experience of being on the front page of the Financial Times for day after day.

Mike’s previous experience as a consulting partner with a major blue chip firm involved working at Board level on a variety of problems in a variety of sectors.
