His line management experience includes many years in HBOS, with responsibility for major regions, covering retail and small business banking. His consulting experience has involved him in applying the expertise gained from years of operational management to coaching and guiding top managers of financial service companies to deliver major projects successfully.

His grasp of what it takes to perform consistently at a high level of achievement is unrivalled, as is his ability to diagnose sales problems and coach senior managers and their teams to excel.
