John Hutchinson

Consultant

John works on-site with client management teams to develop technical and customer handling, team leadership and facilitation skills. In constructing these programmes he draws widely on his experience of profit building and process reengineering gained working in many countries and industries.

This experience includes 11 years as a regular army officer, 19 years running businesses in Europe and Africa, mainly with ITT. He became a Management Consultant with Philip Crosby Associates and he has worked with major clients in UK, Europe and the Gulf. These include the Post Office, Egg, BAE Systems and Millennium BCP’s developing operations in Portugal, France, Greece and Turkey.

John’s qualifications include a Cambridge MA in Engineering and he is fluent in French.
