Graham is an organisational change leader. He has over ten years experience developing and implementing strategies. His wide ranging business experience has been gained through a variety of management and leadership roles at senior executive levels in a FTSE 100 global financial service organisation. Graham has extensive experience gained in leading large organisational change projects, together with undertaking business acquisitions and integrations.
He has a reputation for delivering results through building high performance teams. His areas of expertise include strategy and implementation, organisational change and building high performing teams
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has a Masters degree in Managing Change. Clients have included The Royal Bank of Scotland, The Institute of Financial Services and the Scottish Executive.
