Dave Mellor

Consultant

David coaches and mentors leaders and managers to identify barriers to change and execute successfully their role in delivering change. He also helps managers to develop and retain their teams, in particular personnel critical to succession. His other speciality is in business development and networking skills.

David’s experience is based on 38 years of varied experience with The Royal Bank of Scotland plc, the 5th largest bank in the world of which the last 8 years were at executive level running the branch network in the South of England comprising 2,500 personnel.

He is an Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and has received extensive leadership training from Harvard Business School and is a non executive director of Community Services Volunteers.
