Benjamyn Damazer
Consultant
Benjamyn is an experienced interim manager and consultant. He has led major change management, HR and IT led programmes in public and private sector organisations to implement new strategies effectively. He is able to interact with directors, managers and staff at all levels. He is a team leader who “gets things done”, and has project managed major changes in the public sector and commercial and service companies. He has worked extensively in all parts of Europe, USA, the former Soviet Union and Asia, including Japan and Vietnam.
His professional experience was gained whilst working for Deloitte Consulting and previously with Marketing Improvements, Boots, Merck Inc and 3M. He has worked throughout the world delivering programmes typically with complex stakeholder environments on assignments critical to the success, existence and credibility of the client organisations. His focus is on working at all levels in the organisation delivering improved performance through the effective management and integration of people, processes and technologies. Amongst his clients in the public services sector are the Home Office, the Department for International Development, Cambridgeshire Police Authority, Rural Payments Agency (Defra), USAID, European Commission, the World Bank and the Ministry of Defence.
Benjamyn is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants, a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and is PRINCE II Practitioner qualified.
