Alison Read
Consultant
Alison helps to pinpoint and overcome the root cause of barriers to sales. This includes significant work in compliance and regulation and how to drive manager led, compliant sales and sales management. After diagnosis and agreeing priorities, she converts theoretical design into practical activities and behaviours that staff and managers recognise. Having choreographed the customer experience she then facilitates manager led, experiential learning to build confidence and fluency to deliver results.
Alison's experience is based on eight years with Abbey National and 10 years consulting with a range of clients in the UK and continental Europe. These include Nationwide, Bradford and Bingley, HBOS, NovaBank, Banco Santander, Britannia, Yorkshire and the Cheshire Building Society.
Her qualifications include an honours degree in Applied Statistics, she is a graduate of the IPM and a member of the Royal Statistical Society.
